This is a hands-on role working closely with Operations, Engineering, suppliers, customers and senior management to maintain high standards and drive improvements across the business. The RoleManage and continually improve the company''s Quality Management SystemMaintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PED, F-Gas and relevant legislationPlan and conduct internal audits and manage corrective actionsInvestigate quality issues, non-conformances and customer complaintsUse techniques including 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA and Fishbone analysisMonitor and report quality KPIsWork with customers and suppliers to maintain quality standardsSupport PQQs, tenders and certification requirementsWork closely with Engineering and Operations to drive continuous improvementProvide quality guidance and training across the business About YouWe''re looking for an experienced Quality Manager with:Extensive experience in a Quality Manager positionStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMSExperience with audits, non-conformances, corrective actions and complaintsKnowledge of quality improvement tools ..... full job details .....
