We re looking for someone who can lead from the front setting the bar for quality, food safety, and compliance, while mentoring a high-performing team.What You ll Be Doing: As Quality Manager, you ll report into the Site Manager and Group Quality Manager. You ll lead a dedicated quality team (1 Team Leader and 5 Officers on a 3-on/3-off shift pattern) and act as the driving force behind all quality, food safety, and microbiology standards at the site.Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the site s quality team, embedding a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. Ensure full compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Environmental, and legislative requirements. Conduct microbiological investigations and troubleshooting with RandD and site teams. Drive root cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions. Own the HACCP plan and lead the site HACCP team. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness at all times. Champion quality training, toolbox talks, and site-wide engagement. Support NPD and product launch activities. Report on site performance and KPIs, and chair Quality Committee meetings.
