Quality Manager

Owen Daniels are working in partnership with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Kingswinford to recruit an experienced Quality Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring full control of inspection processes from initial receipt through to final product release.The Role:As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the company''s QMS, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. You will manage all aspects of inspection, ensuring robust processes are in place from goods-in through to final inspection and dispatch.Key Responsibilities:Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management SystemEnsure compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO) and regulatory requirementsOversee inspection processes from goods-in, in-process, to final inspectionLead internal and external audits, including customer and supplier auditsDrive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actionsManage and develop the quality team, including inspectors and techniciansWork cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teamsMonitor quality KPIs and implement improvement initiativesAbout You:Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within manufacturingStrong working knowledge of QMS and quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)Experience managing inspection processes end-to-endSkilled in audit management ..... full job details .....
