Key Responsibilities Quality Manager In collaboration with the Senior Management Team, lead the quality projects with clear guidelines, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.Identify, analyze, and manage quality topics, sharing lessons learned on a regular basis.Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Influencing and consulting with management within the site to innovatively shape the design and development of your functional area to improve the organization s overall performance.Ensuring appropriate internal and external communication relevant to quality management system.Implementing short, medium- and long-term strategy, activities, and planning to develop the quality management system, based on identified risks and opportunities, in collaboration and agreement with the local management team.Establishing a closed-loop quality cycle from product development to customer experience feedback to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
