Position: Quality Manager Location: Wolverhampton Hours: Days with an Early Friday Finish Salary: 50k - 60kA growing precision engineering business is looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager on a permanent basis.This is an exciting opportunity to join an established engineering business with a rich history, which is now experiencing significant growth following investment in a brand-new, modern manufacturing facility.The company is continuing to expand and is looking for a hands-on Quality Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day quality function and help maintain and improve standards as the business grows.The RoleAs Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities within the Quality Department, ensuring products and processes consistently meet the required quality standards.This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the detail rather than purely managing from a distance.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day quality activities across the businessConducting internal and external auditsManaging quality documentation and recordsInvestigating and managing non-conformancesCarrying out root cause analysisImplementing corrective and preventative actionsMonitoring and maintaining quality standards and proceduresSupporting continuous improvement activitiesWorking closely with production, engineering and other departments to resolve quality issuesEnsuring compliance with relevant ..... full job details .....
