The Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will take ownership of food safety, quality, and compliance. From raw material approval through to finished product release, you''ll play a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet legal, customer, and internal standards.
This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with Procurement, Production, NPD, and suppliers to drive quality performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all food safety and quality assurance activities across
Maintain and continuously improve the QMS and HACCP plans
Ensure the site remains audit-ready at all times
Oversee raw material and finished product inspections, ensuring accurate reporting and trending analysis

Work collaboratively across departments to uphold compliance and product excellence
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus

About You
We''re looking for an experienced Quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a strong understanding of food safety and quality systems.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a Quality Management role within food manufacturing or a related sector
Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and retailer/customer standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence and lead teams
Passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
