This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Quality Manager who wants to lead from the front, influence site standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing / fresh produce environment.

THE ROLE

You''ll take ownership of the Quality Management System, leading the QA function and working cross-functionally to ensure products are safe, compliant and right first time.

• Developing and maintaining robust quality management systems
• Leading, coaching and motivating the QA team
• Driving compliance with BRC, customer and food safety standards
• Conducting audits and ensuring the site is always audit-ready
• Investigating quality issues and implementing effective corrective actions
• Analysing quality data and trends to support continuous improvement
• Delivering training and guidance across site to embed quality culture
• Working closely with suppliers and customers to maintain high standards

WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of food safety, BRC and quality systems
• HACCP qualified with audit experience
• A confident leader who can engage, influence and challenge
• Experience of leading and managing a large team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
