The role will have responsibility for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, customer quality, supplier quality, inspection, non-conformance and continual improvement. The successful candidate will be technically strong, commercially aware and comfortable working directly with both customers and production teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Manage internal, external and customer audits. Act as the key quality contact for customers. Manage customer complaints, returns, concessions and corrective actions. Lead 8D, RCA, CAPA and NCR processes. Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements. Oversee inspection, testing, measurement and product release. Manage FAI/FAIR, inspection plans and control plans.
