Are you a Quality Manager looking for a new role Do you have experience as a Quality Manager delivering customer satisfaction in a high volume manufacturing environment Are you looking for a Quality Manager role tasked with driving outcomes and implementing process and system led improvements Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Quality Manager by a specialist Manufacturing business. As the ideal candidate you will have experience of Quality Management in a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will have experience of delivering cost , waste , continuous improvement and quality control through people, process and Quality Management Systems. Your role and responsibilities will include: Drive Quality Control, Waste Elimination, and Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies. Ensure full compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001 and ISO45001. Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System. Develop and implement robust control methods and reporting mechanisms. Drive waste reduction initiatives using Lean tools, Kaizen events, and 6S discipline. Identify sources of scrap and implement corrective actions to minimise waste. Ensure customer expectations are anticipated, understood, and fully met.
