Quality Manager

What You Will Do: - Lead and develop a strong quality culture across the site, fostering accountability and excellence.- Manage and continuously improve the site''s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues, providing professional and prompt communication.- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality and specification standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives.- Partner closely with Production teams to promote a "Right First Time" philosophy and eliminate defects at the source.- Lead structured improvement activities, including Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S, to enhance quality control and reduce the cost of poor quality.
