Quality Manager

A FMCG manufacturer are seeking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality department, driving continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional products,You will have experience working within a FMCG manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of ISO9000 and BRC regulations.Salary £48,000 to £58,000 plus Benefits What You Will Do:- Lead and maintain the quality management systems to ensure all products meet rigorous specifications.- Manage the customer complaint system, ensuring swift resolutions and effective preventive actions.- Conduct in-depth analysis of quality trends using statistical tools to enhance processes and ensure consistency.- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and drive improvements where necessary.- Oversee the certification schedules, including maintaining ISO9000 registration and leading BRC system implementation.- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Quality Department, including the Laboratory and Materials Manager and Quality Technicians.
