They are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of the Quality Management System across two manufacturing sites, ensuring products consistently meet customer, regulatory and business standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving continuous improvement, leading quality initiatives and working collaboratively across multiple departments within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Role As Quality Manager, you''ll take the lead in maintaining and developing the Quality Management System while driving quality performance across both sites. You''ll work closely with production, engineering and supply chain teams to improve processes, manage supplier quality and ensure full compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Plan and manage internal, supplier and third-party audits, ensuring successful outcomes and timely completion of corrective actions. Investigate customer complaints, internal quality issues and non-conformances using Root Cause Analysis and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
