You will oversee and enhance the quality management systems within the Penrith operation.The role is critical in ensuring that we continue our journey in ensuring products meet both the top industry standards and the highest of customer expectations. You will lead quality assurance (QA) initiatives, manage quality control (QC) processes, lead the implementation of new quality systems and work closely with Production, Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the supply chain.You will have a ''quality first'' mindset, have experience of applying process controls, implementing quality systems and leading and motivating others.
