The Quality Manager will have a team of x10 reports and will report into the Site Director. Quality Manager Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Department, developing a high-performing and accountable team culture. Maintain and continuously improve the company s QMS in line with ISO 9001 accreditation. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions. Control traceability and certification, ensuring certificates of testing and conformity accurately reflect product data. Support supplier quality management, including onboarding assessments and ongoing audit. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve yield, and enhance process efficiency. Collaborate with production, engineering, and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
