They are currently experiencing exciting growth plans with work orders and projects growing at a rapid rate, the company are looking to recruit a Quality Manager to lead and manage their growing team. Role & Responsibilities:

• Setting and delivering the quality policy and objectives, preparing reports to support on agreed basis
• Leading the quality team ensuring it operates in line with company policy and procedures
• Co-ordinating/leading relevant quality reviews on site
• Ensure effective quality controls for all aspects of the manufacture of product from PO to dispatch
• Confirmation that QMS conforms with relevant international and customer standards and is fit for purpose
• Interface with customers on quality requirements
• Interface with suppliers on quality requirements
• Lead Quality performance reviews (Business reviews, Customer reviews)
• Proactively lead defect prevention / data driven Quality projects and KPI''s
• Provide reports detailing the cost of quality and preventive solutions - using non-conformance reporting as basis for this
• Liaise with Engineering departments, advise on quality procedures to ensure quality is maintained to the highest level possible.
• Work in a safe manner in compliance with company Health & Safety policy. Report and log Health & Safety incidents that occur

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Quality Management experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Can lead & act consistently with the company''s strategy and values
• Able to demonstrate strategic problem solving, good decision making and sound judgment
• Demonstrates sound business and technical acumen
• Shows a high degree of intellectual rigor during problem solving
• Demonstrates ability to develop self and others
