This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the quality team, ensuring effective operation of the Quality Management System. Maintain and develop integrated quality systems covering all stages of production. Ensure compliance with ISO, BRC, and other relevant standards. Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Champion a data-driven, customer-focused culture. Manage internal audits and lead external certification and customer audits. Support vendor development and quality assurance of the supplier base. Chair HACCP and Management Review Meetings.
