Job Description: Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established food manufacturing business, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop their Technical function and ensure the highest standards of food safety, legality, and quality compliance. This is a key leadership role within the business, offering the opportunity to influence standards, processes, and team performance across the site. BENEFITS Competitive salary Opportunity to work within a BRC-accredited site Supportive senior management team Career development and training opportunities Full-time, permanent opportunity THE ROLE Ensure all products and packaging meet food safety, legality, and quality standards Carry out sampling and testing of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods Maintain and audit documentation to ensure full traceability and due diligence Manage HACCP procedures, CCP monitoring, and implementation of changes Lead internal audits, including GMP, pest control, glass and plastic, and metal detection Conduct annual BRC audits, monthly GMP audits, traceability exercises, and recall tests Maintain and update the Quality Manual, procedures, and document control systems Manage supplier approval systems and raw material risk assessments Ensure customers receive accurate technical documentation, specifications, and certificates Monitor, manage, and report supplier, internal, and customer complaints Oversee ..... full job details .....
