Following continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day technical and quality requirements of our manufacturing site. Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside our Technical lead, you will ensure the site consistently meets BRCGS, legal, customer and internal food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day ownership and maintenance of the site Quality Management System (QMS). Maintain compliance with BRCGS Food Safety standards and ensure continuous audit readiness. Support and manage BRCGS, customer and third-party audits. Maintain HACCP, prerequisite programmes and food safety documentation. Manage internal audits, non-conformances, root-cause investigations and corrective actions. Manage customer complaints, traceability, mass balance and recall testing.
