Following continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day technical and quality requirements of our manufacturing site. Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside our-Technical lead, you will ensure the site consistently meets BRCGS, legal, customer and internal food safety and quality standards . Key Responsibilities Day-to-day ownership and maintenance of the site Quality Management System (QMS) . Maintain compliance with BRCGS Food Safety standards and ensure continuous audit readiness. Support and manage BRCGS, customer and third-party audits. Maintain HACCP, prerequisite programmes and food safety documentation. Manage internal audits, non-conformances, root-cause investigations and corrective actions. Manage customer complaints, traceability, mass balance and recall testing.
