Quality Manager

Overview

Brand new role for a Quality Manager!This position involves leading and managing all aspects of quality across the full project lifecycle, covering both internal processes and external supplier quality. You’ll have strategic oversight and responsibility for managing a team while driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong quality culture.Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership on quality matters across the project lifecycleAct as subject matter expert and advisor on ISO 9001 and client-specific requirementsOversee and support the quality team and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teamsManage supplier quality activities and ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirementsConduct quality planning, risk-based audits, supplier assessments, and non-conformance managementDeliver quality performance reporting and continuous improvement initiativesCandidate Profile

Significant experience in quality roles within the nuclear or highly regulated industryISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor trainedHNC or equivalent in Engineering or a relevant disciplineProven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsMember (or working towards membership) of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI)Willingness to travel occasionally (UK and overseas)If you''re interested and would like to discuss this opportunity in more detail, please apply with your up to date CV!Must obtain SC but can start on BPSS.Company information
