Job Title: Quality Manager Location: Gloucester Hours: 7:00am 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:00am 1:00pm Friday Salary: Competitive Key Responsibilities of a Quality Manager: Ensure the Quality Management System is compliant with company and industry standards Lead internal audits to ISO9001 standards, documenting findings and resolving any gaps Maintain and improve quality procedures to reflect actual working practices Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and systems Hold and document regular quality management meetings Support successful outcomes of external ISO9001 audits Ensure all equipment calibration is maintained and accurately recorded Manage and maintain the training matrix to ensure compliance Support the Quality Inspector and provide cover where required Key Skills of a Quality Manager: Strong knowledge and experience of ISO9001 within an engineering environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage audits, documentation, and continuous improvement activities ..... full job details .....
