Job type: Temporary Sick Cover (3-4 weeks, possibly longer)
Location: Letchworth GC
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am-4.30pm & Friday, 8am-1.30pm
Hourly rate: £22.00 to £24.00 per hour (DOE)
 
Our highly sought-after client based in Letchworth GC are currently looking for a highly qualified Quality Manager/Engineer to join their team on a short-term Temporary basis to help support for sick cover. The successful candidate MUST have a strong working knowledge of at least one or more of the following standards: AS9100, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
 
Main duties of a Quality Manager/Engineer:
- Support their upcoming AS9100 Stage 2 assessment
- Review and carry out supplier and internal audits in preparation for next assessment
- Carry out day-to-day Quality duties, such as closing down corrective action with 5Y
- Providing support for any issues within the business that require quality attention
- Lead the Development and implementation of management systems
- Collaborate with various teams within the business to ensure the integration of quality
 
What''s needed as a Quality Manager/Engineer:
- Proven experience in a Quality or Compliance leadership role
- AS9100, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 9001 knowledgeable
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioristise and manage multiple workstreams
