The role will lead quality assurance, supplier quality, inspection, non-conformance management and continuous improvement across the entire manufacturing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and continually improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System , ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and internal requirements while monitoring performance against agreed quality objectives. Manage non-conformances, root cause investigations, corrective and preventative actions and customer complaints , implementing sustainable solutions that reduce defects, waste, variation and associated costs.
