Working closely with production and technical teams, you will ensure compliance with customer requirements, food legislation and industry standards while driving continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Maintain food safety, quality, hygiene and housekeeping standards. Support and improve HACCP-based Quality Management Systems. Lead, develop and manage the Quality Assurance team. Conduct audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints and out-of-specification results. Monitor microbiological and chemical results, identifying trends and preventative actions. Support customer and external audits, ensuring compliance with BRC standards and legislation. Provide technical guidance and training to colleagues across the business.
