About the Role:
As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality standards and ensuring compliance within the manufacturing processes. You''ll collaborate closely with various teams to enhance product quality, minimise defects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead and develop the quality assurance team to uphold and enhance product quality.
- Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Data Analysis: analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Audit Management: Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Training & Development: Provide training and support to staff on quality control processes and best practises.
- Customer Liaison: Address customer complaints and feedback, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
What We''re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Pattern:
- Full Time: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (with an hour lunch).
