Quality Manager

Reginald Gray is continuing to partner with an established principal contractor with a strong presence in the high-end construction sector. Their portfolio spans prime residential, private education, and high-specification hospitality and leisure developments, with projects typically ranging from -3m to -30m.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, the business is now seeking a Quality Manager to oversee multiple live projects.

This role will suit either an individual from a dedicated quality background or a Site Manager looking to move into a more quality-focused position. The role will involve working across several sites, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout all stages of construction.

A meticulous eye for detail is essential, particularly in relation to high-end finishes and the delivery of premium, design-led schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing quality across multiple live projects
• Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures
• Carrying out regular site inspections and audits
• Working closely with site teams to ensure high standards are achieved
• Identifying and resolving quality issues throughout the build process
• Ensuring finishes meet the expectations of high-end clients

Requirements:

• Background in quality management or experience as a Site Manager within high-end construction
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with finishes
• Experience working on complex, high-specification projects
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
