Quality Manager

Quality Manager North Devon Permanant Up to £65k dependent on experience Cooper Golding Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function for a leading employer based in North Devon. This is a key leadership position, responsible for maintaining and developing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business. The successful candidate will lead the Quality Team and work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Engineering, RandD, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure products consistently meet the highest standards of reliability, safety and performance. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to wider EMEA quality initiatives, including the harmonisation and enhancement of Quality Management Systems across the group. Key Responsibilities Quality Management and Compliance Lead, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and other applicable standards. Oversee internal audits, external certification audits and regulatory assessments. Ensure compliance with relevant product safety, workmanship and environmental standards. Maintain effective quality documentation, manufacturing records and product traceability.
