Quality Manager - Construction

Due to continued growth and investment in business improvement, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join the team at their North Kent-based headquarters.The business has enjoyed an exceptionally strong few years of growth across several of their core divisions and continues to develop creating the need for multiple new roles to facilitate the growth and help implement and enhance existing processes. The Quality manager is a critical part of this growth and a newly created position.Your new role You will take ownership of the company''s quality assurance and compliance framework, ensuring robust systems, processes and standards are maintained across the business. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will lead internal audits, manage ISO 9001 accreditation, analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
