Your background will be well rounded within construction, across multi-disciplines particularly within fit out, MEP and internal works. Key Duties Undertake regular site-based quality inspections to ensure all works are compliant with approved drawings, specifications, best practices, and programme requirements, with a particular focus on internals, fit-out, and MEP installations. Review and maintain up-to-date quality records, validating that all installations are completed compliantly and documented accurately. Participate in quality launch meetings to understand project requirements and quality expectations. Contribute at project setup by identifying specific QC and compliance needs for each package. Take part in risk analysis with the team. Monitor and close out actions from QC reports, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Analyse QC data to recommend corrective and preventive actions.
