Quality Manager - Manufacturing - Poole Quality Manager Job Description: We are working on behalf of a Poole based manufacturing company, to employ an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop the Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety Management Systems within this growing manufacturing and engineering business. Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Quality Manager will drive quality excellence across the organisation, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, as well as supporting ISO13485 readiness, improving supplier performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role working closely with internal stakeholders, such as Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and general operations. Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager: Lead and develop the company''s Quality Management System (QMS). Maintain ISO9001 compliance and support future ISO13485 implementation. Manage internal and external audits, including certification audits. Lead NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities. Develop and improve supplier quality processes, performance monitoring, and audits. Drive quality standards across production, inspection, testing, and dispatch operations. Monitor and report quality KPIs, customer complaints, supplier defects, and quality trends. Maintain and improve ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems.
