Quality Manager

Superb Opportunity for a Quality Manager based in Port Talbot, onsite parking. Working Monday - Thursday 7am 5pm - Friday non working day! Are you a driven and experienced Quality Manager ready to lead and enhance quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment? This role offers the chance to coordinate quality activities across multiple departments while fostering supplier compliance and continuous improvement. What You''ll Do Lead and oversee effective quality control processes, including goods-in inspection and final checks on finished products. Manage accurate inventory controls, including quarantine and scrap procedures to ensure product integrity. Maintain and monitor Non-Conformance Reports and Corrective and Preventive Actions, ensuring all costs of quality are carefully recorded. Execute and uphold robust quality systems and documentation to meet rigorous standards. Ensure supplier adherence to national and international standards through audits and direct engagement. Conduct supplier visits to resolve quality issues and drive improvement. Support and inspire the quality team to achieve their objectives and enhance overall performance. Review sales orders and prepare Quality Design Plans to align with customer requirements. Maintain calibration systems to guarantee measuring equipment accuracy.
