Quality Manager
for the Eastern Victoria region, you will lead our Quality Coordinators at each of our sites, including but not limited to Cardinia, Langwarrin, Clyde North and Warragul. You will facilitate the process of continuous improvement in line with the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements for our aged care residences across Victoria.Utilising your comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector you will support the Residential Managers and Quality Coordinators in maintaining compliance to relevant aged care legislation, including compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach Quality Coordinators across multiple sites to drive continuous improvement in line with Aged Care Standards and regulatory requirements.Support Residential Managers and Quality Coordinators to maintain compliance with relevant aged care legislation, guidelines and standards.Facilitate development and implementation of quality systems and improvement initiatives; conduct gap and risk analyses and promote a culture of quality and safety.

About You
Understanding of quality, compliance and clinical governance within aged careExperienced in the development and implementation of quality systems, and continuous improvements processesExcellent knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and accreditation processExcellent understanding of quality assurance and auditing processesAble to continuously improve and conduct gap and risk analysesExcellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsAble to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staffPractical aged care experience in a clinical roleDeliver measurable improvements in service qualityCurrent unrestricted AHPRA registrationIf this sounds like you, please submit your application for our brand new Quality Manager role ..... full job details .....
