Bennett and Game are pleased to represent a leading reinforced concrete subcontractor seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function across its growing multi-site operation.This is a newly created senior position offering the opportunity to develop and manage the company''s quality strategy across major reinforced concrete frame and heavy civil engineering projects valued between 5 million and 30 million.Quality Manager Job OverviewTake ownership of the company''s ISO 9001-certified Quality Management SystemDevelop quality procedures, Project Quality Plans and Inspection and Test PlansManage quality assurance across formwork, reinforcement, concreting and cast-in itemsOversee permit-to-pour processes, concrete testing and defect investigationsManage NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective actionsLead internal audits and support external certification auditsProduce quality KPIs and performance reports for the senior management teamSupport and develop Project Managers, Quality Engineers and site teamsPromote a right-first-time quality culture across the businessQuality Manager Job RequirementsStrong quality management experience within reinforced concrete, civil engineering or constructionDetailed understanding of concrete quality, reinforcement, formwork and temporary worksExperience managing ISO 9001 systems and quality auditsKnowledge of Inspection and Test Plans, Project Quality Plans and NCR processesWillingness to travel across projects from the ..... full job details .....
