Quality ManagerThe Role:The Quality Manager is responsible for quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role ensures all products, services, and processes meet statutory, client, and company requirements. This position holds technical authority on quality matters, including the right to stop works, reject products, and escalate risks.Key Responsibilities:Quality MonitoringManage IMS: Maintain and develop the integrated management system in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.Ensure Compliance: Meet legal and industry standards including BS EN 1090, ISO 3834, LOLER, and PUWER.Support Accreditations: Develop and implement BCS quality processes, standards, and certifications.Conduct Inspections: Perform frequent internal quality checks and inspections on manufactured products.Audit Supply Chain: Conduct supplier audits to ensure incoming products adhere to quality standards.Oversee Calibration: Manage the calibration standards and systems across the business.Troubleshoot Issues: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product and production defects.Business ImprovementsDrive Efficiency: Examine ways to improve production, streamline operations, and boost efficiency.Support Projects: Partner with the Project Manager to implement business-wide improvements.Introduce Innovation: Bring new quality practices and innovations into the business.Complaints and SLAsManage Complaints: Ensure all complaints are investigated and closed out ..... full job details .....
