Due to continued growth and investment in advanced CNC machining and inspection technology, the company is looking to appoint a Quality Manager to lead quality activities, customer compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.In return, the successful individual will receive a salary of £55,000 - £60,000+, flexible working hours, company bonus scheme, pension, and the opportunity to join a stable, growing manufacturing business with an excellent reputation for quality and technical excellence.Quality Manager responsibilities include - Managing and continually improving the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and associated procedures. Leading internal, external, customer and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Managing NCRs, CAPAs, root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies. Overseeing inspection activities, FAIR documentation, calibration systems and customer quality documentation packs. Leading and developing the Quality team whilst promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the business.
