Quality Manager responsibilities include - Manage and continually improve the Quality Management System and associated processes. Lead customer complaints, non-conformances and structured 8D investigations. Support Health and Safety activities including risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions. Drive scrap and rework reduction alongside wider continuous improvement activities. Maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions and inspection standards. Lead internal audits and support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance. Quality Manager desirable skills and experience - Previous experience as a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer or QHSE professional.
