This position would suit a hands-on Quality professional ready to take full ownership of site performance, or an established Quality Manager seeking a broader, more influential role within a fast-paced environment.Quality Manager responsibilities include -Leading site-wide quality performance, embedding right-first-time principles.Managing internal, external and supplier audits, ensuring ongoing compliance to ISO 9001.Supporting APQP activities including PPAP submissions, FMEA and control plans.Owning customer concerns, NCRs, driving robust 8D and root cause investigations.Developing supplier quality performance through SQA activity and CI initiatives.Driving KPI performance, reporting trends and leading cross-functional improvement activity.Quality Manager desirable skills and experience -Proven background in a senior Quality role within manufacturing or engineering.Experience within automotive, aerospace, defence, or other regulated industries.Strong working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC and structured problem solving.Confident leading audits, customer interaction and supplier ..... full job details .....
