This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a forward-thinking business that supplies high-performance solutions across highly regulated sectors.What you ll be doing: Leading and mentoring a dedicated Quality team to achieve best-in-class performanceOwning and managing the site s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standardsDesigning and executing internal audits, ensuring compliance and continuous readinessActing as the primary interface with customers on quality concerns, driving robust resolution processesChampioning a Zero Defects Culture, embedding quality awareness across all functionsCollecting and analysing quality data, identifying trends, and recommending improvementsSupporting wider Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site What we re looking for: In depth understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits (Certification ideal but not essential)Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or similar)Strong ..... full job details .....
