The Quality Manager provides a vital role, leading a team that drives product and system conformance, is relied upon to use initiative and sound judgement to ensure and assure continued compliance to our customers'' and industry requirements.
This is an exciting position demanding an enterprising person that can work in an ordered and methodical manner whilst also being able to excite others on the improvement path.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all Quality Management processes including QMS documented information, Business Process integration and Ownership Engagement, FAIR/PPAP, Audit (internal and external), Inspection, Metrology & Calibration
• Provide leadership, direction, expertise and coaching in the Zero-Defect ambition across
• Drive continuous reduction in customer, internal manufacturing & supplier non-conformance in support of Zero-Defect initiatives
• Working alongside Production and Supply Chain leaders in driving down problems and issues that affect product quality metrics
• Efficient and effective QMS change process and traceability

The person:

• Significant quality and manufacturing sector experience within aerospace
• Strong AS9100 expertise
