Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Maintain and control QMS documentation, policies, procedures and work instructions. Plan, conduct and support internal and external quality audits. Monitor audit findings and drive timely corrective actions. Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process from investigation through to closure. Analyse quality data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Establish and monitor Quality KPIs, reporting performance to key stakeholders. Implement risk management processes to identify and mitigate quality risks. Manage controlled changes to the Quality Management System. Support supplier quality management and monitor supplier performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and quality performance.
