Lead Quality Specialist (Quality Management) - 12-Month Contract | Nailsea (Hybrid) Location: Nailsea, UK (Hybrid Working)Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Specialist to join a leading engineering organisation on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior quality professional with extensive experience in the oil andamp; gas or energy sector, particularly within subsea projects and deepwater applications. Working within a collaborative project environment, you will act as the key point of contact for project quality, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, international quality standards, and internal Quality Management Systems throughout the project life cycle. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary quality representative for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Develop, review, and implement Project Quality Plans (PQPs) and Inspection andamp; Test Plans (ITPs). Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, industry standards, and Quality Management Systems. Support quality activities throughout design, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, testing, installation, and project close-out. Lead design reviews, quality reviews, risk assessments, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis (CAPA).
