As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Quality Lead to take ownership of the Quality function at their Cheltenham site. This is a highly visible role with genuine influence, offering the opportunity to shape quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and play a key part in supporting the next generation of cutting-edge aerospace and space technologies.The Role As a Quality Lead you will become the focal point for all Quality activities onsite, working closely with engineering, operations, programmes, and leadership teams to ensure the highest standards are maintained across the business.
