This is a senior role with responsibility for ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the learner journey from initial assessment and enrolment through teaching, learning, workplace assessment, progress reviews and gateway to successful completion and End-Point Assessment. The successful candidate will provide both strategic and operational leadership across quality assurance and improvement, ensuring that the organisation maintains robust systems, responds effectively to performance data and continuously improves the experience and outcomes of apprentices and employers.
