TEXO are currently looking for a Quality Lead to join our Fabrication division located in Dundee.
The Quality Lead will be accountable for ensuring that all TEXO products and services meet defined quality standards, with full alignment to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and assuring fabrication activities in compliance with EN1090 Part 1 and 2, ISO 3834 Part 2 & Schedule 1A Module D of PE(S)R.
- Overseeing inspection activities to the standards of ISO/IEC 17020.
- Ensuring the delivery of HVAC products to ISO/IEC (phone number removed) requirements.
- Maintaining and continually improving the company’s quality management systems to uphold certification and regulatory obligations.
Essential Requirements
- IRCA Internal 9001 Auditor qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in a quality field – with hands on experience in one of the 3 technical standards named above
- Experience in development of Project Quality Plans (QPP), Project Inspection, Test Plans (ITP) and contract driven Self-Verification Plans (SVP)
- Experienced in conduct of Supplier Audits
- Comfortable with delivering Quality related Workshops/ Training Sessions to small groups
- Degree level qualification/ or vocational equivalent
- Strong use of Microsoft Office packages
Preferred Requirements
- IRCA Lead 9001 Auditor
- Lean Six Sigma – or other quality related certification
- CQI Chartered membership
