RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES To conduct daily shop floor inspections To lead and direct the quality team To investigate quality related issues To conduct internal audits To conduct hygiene and housekeeping inspections To check, issue and collect all quality related documentation to and from the quality team To escalate quality issues as needed. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Leadership experience. HACCP level 3 or above Strong observational skills. Strong sense of hygiene and housekeeping. Good organisational skills with time management. Experience of Quality control. PRODUCTION SHIFT Flexible 40 hours per week. (Typical hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday) SALARY Up to -17 per hour 20 Days Holiday TEMP TO PERM- </p Permanent
