Quality Lead

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for Quality Lead to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B66 area. JOB PURPOSE To lead and drive the quality team to ensure quality, hygiene and housekeeping standards are met throughout the site and all relevant due diligence documentation is completed accurately. RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES To conduct daily shop floor inspections To lead and direct the quality team To investigate quality related issues To conduct internal audits To conduct hygiene and housekeeping inspections To check, issue and collect all quality related documentation to and from the quality team To escalate quality issues as needed. SKILLS and ATTRIBUTES Leadership experience. HACCP level 3 or above Strong observational skills. Strong sense of hygiene and housekeeping. Good organisational skills with time management. Experience of Quality control. PRODUCTION SHIFT Flexible 40 hours per week.
