      <description>Location: Walsall | Salary: &amp;pound;27000 - &amp;pound;31000/annum | Type: Permanent | Quality Lead  Hybrid role, home based two days per week with three days in Walsall  At  Able Personnel  we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate  Quality Lead  to join their expanding team.  This is a hybrid Quality Lead position where you will work two days from home and three days on site in Walsall. You will play a key role in coaching delivery staff, improving learner outcomes and ensuring high quality training standards across apprenticeship programmes. The company delivers across various disciplines for apprenticeships and commercial training. This role will focus more on accountancy area Levels 2 to 7. They will accept any discipline experience.  As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement across delivery teams, ensuring compliance standards are met and learner outcomes are consistently improved.
