4 on 4 off, days and nights, 12 hour shift. 39 hours a weekResponsibilities
As the Laboratory Technician you will perform analysis, product, and packaging quality assessments, including issue identification, investigation, and resolution to ensure the quality of our work, wines, beers, and soft drinks and finished products.You will work to meet or exceed the quality expectations and regulatory requirements of our varied customers, both internal and external as well as supporting our Food and Quality Management Programs.Qualifications
Science Honours Degree or A Level Science (or equivalent)Experience of working in a food or similar environment. BRC / ISO / HACCP an advantageKnowledge of lean manufacturing approaches (5S, etc.)About Encirc
