Quality Lab Technician (6 month fixed-term contract)Newark - Shift-based (3 week rotating shifts 06.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00 / 08.00-16.00)Here at Saint-Gobain Formula, we''re looking for a Quality Lab Technician You''ll play a key part in keeping our Quality function running smoothly, supporting process controls and product release activities to ensure we consistently deliver the highest standards of quality and customer service. You''ll make sure all of this is achieved in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective way.You''ll also help minimise waste by proactively re-testing products where appropriate, supporting recycling, remixing, and responsible scrap reduction. Alongside this, you''ll get involved in a range of project work, contributing to continuous improvement across the site. What we''re looking for:A detail-oriented professional with experience in quality control or laboratory settings.Experience of working within a manufacturing backgroundFamiliarity with compliance standards, such as ISO 9001, is a big plus.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
