Are you an experienced Quality Inspector looking for your next opportunity?Our client, a leading aerospace and industrial gas turbine component manufacturer, is expanding and looking for skilled Quality Inspectors to join their late shift team in Alcester. Working within a highly regulated environment, you will be responsible for inspecting precision sheet metal components using a range of dimensional and optical measurement equipment.Quality Inspector PermanentMonday - Wednesday 4:30pm - 2:30am, Thursday 4:30pm - 1:30amAlcesterQuality Inspector Job DescriptionCarry out visual and dimensional inspection of precision manufactured components.Use dimensional measurement equipment including verniers, micrometres, gauges, and callipers.Operate optical measurement systems including shadowgraphs, projectors, and 3D scanners.Inspect small precision components to tight tolerances within a regulated manufacturing environment.Complete inspection documentation and support quality and production teams.Quality Inspector Essential Experience/Skills/QualificationsExperience inspecting components to tight tolerances using dimensional measurement tools.Experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environmentExperience using optical measurement systems, shadowgraphs, projectors, or 3D scanners is advantageous.Willingness to learn CMM inspection equipment and advanced inspection systems.Stable work history and a proactive attitude preferred.Quality Inspector Company Benefits • 4-day ..... full job details .....
